How long are the shows?

Our public shows are generally two to two and a half hours full of mystery, intrigue, and murder! This includes a three course meal (drinks and gratuity are not included), and a three act show. The show contains two “investigation times” where you can mingle with other guests and our mystery experts. Use this time to gather clues and attempt to solve the crime!

How often do you have shows?

We usually have shows once or twice each week. This depends largely on the location. Use the Find Tickets box at the top of this page to check locations near you.

What is the dress code at shows?

We strongly encourage our guests to dress according to the theme of the show, it makes the evening more fun for everyone! However, if you choose not to dress up, we suggest you wear something business casual or nicer, depending on your preference.

If we have a large party, can we all be seated together?

Yes! We accommodate groups of all sizes at our public shows, as long as we have available seating. The larger the group, the earlier you’ll want to reserve your seats, after all we don’t want anyone getting left out! Once we reach our max capacity for seating, it is impossible to fit any more people. To make sure your whole party can be accommodated at our show, we suggest purchasing all your tickets and making the reservation for the whole party all at once. This way you are ensured a space for each member of your party.

Can I still use an expired voucher?

Yes, we honor all expired vouchers for their full promotional value at no additional cost! Even if you see an expiration date on your voucher, we will still honor it.

Does my venue serve vegan or gluten free options? Can my venue make food allergy accommodations?

You can check our venues FAQ page for information, or please contact us, and we will put a note in your reservation. Many of our venues have a vegetarian, lactose free, and gluten free option. We can usually accommodate a vegan option with enough notice. We try to be as accommodating as possible to your dining needs. Once you are at the venue, we’d also suggest notifying your server of your food request as an added precaution.

Once I make a reservation am I able to add more people to it?

Absolutely - as long as seats are still available for that show. To add people to your reservation please contact us. Our website does not currently have the capability to update your existing reservation, but our murder mystery professionals would be more than happy to assist you!

What do I need to bring to the show?

You will need to bring your printed tickets to the show, or you can show us your tickets on your smartphone screen, as long as they are easily visible. Just a reminder, any vouchers will not be accepted as tickets. Your tickets are printable through your confirmation email. If for some reason you don’t receive this email within moments of making your reservation, please check your spam or promotional folder. If you do not see your confirmation email in a different folder, please contact us and we will be happy to resend your confirmation email.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive thirty minutes prior to the beginning of your show, this allows you time to get your picture taken with our photographer, get any drinks you desire before the show, mingle with our mystery experts, and get settled at your table. We cannot guarantee entry for late arrivals.

How do I print my tickets?

Print your tickets after selecting your food options (where applicable) by using the ticket link in your confirmation email, or by clicking here. You will need your Suspect Number and the email address used in your reservation to access your tickets. Your Suspect Number is listed in your confirmation email. If you have not received this email within moments of making your reservation, please check your spam or promotional folder. If you do not see it in a different folder, please call or email us and we will be happy to resend your confirmation email.

Can I show my tickets on my smartphone?

Printed tickets are preferred, but we do accept them via smartphone. Please remember: if there's no wifi, poor reception, or if your battery dies and you are unable to show your tickets, unfortunately you will not be allowed admittance to the show.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
